You can delete your Maswa account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

Open the Maswa app and sign in.

Go to Profile → Delete account.

Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is anonymized.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the app, email support@maswatourism.com from the phone number or email associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted/anonymized: your phone number, name, email, national ID, date of birth, sex, landline, bio, profile photo, and any host bank details.

Retained in anonymized form: reservation, message and financial/ledger records already shared with a counterparty (guest or host), kept for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes and no longer linked to your identity.

After deletion your account can no longer sign in.
